Within the manicured estates and windswept dunes of the Hamptons, gardens are more than just verdant backdrops to social gatherings—they’re living masterpieces of color, texture, and form. These lush retreats spring to life throughout The Gardens of the Hamptons (Images Publishing), a lavishly photographed volume in which writer Blue Carreon journeys through the region’s most exquisite outdoor spaces. The tome meanders through more than 50 spectacular properties, from the intimate sanctuaries dutifully nurtured by designers Liz Lange, Sasha Bikoff, and Tony Ingrao to the public expanses of breathtaking flora at LongHouse Reserve, where art installations curated by the late Jack Lenor Larsen enrich the landscape.
