Once again taking over a palatial French Renaissance-style residence in the prestigious Turtle Creek neighborhood, this year’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas is set to welcome 25 designers who will transform the magnificent property into a remarkable showcase of creative interiors. Returning to the same address as the 2024 event, at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard, the sixth edition welcomes a number of returning experts as well as up-and-coming talents who will transform the 25,000-square-foot-estate.

“We are incredibly excited to present the sixth edition of our Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas at this storied address,” says James Druckman, President of the Board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “It’s a Dallas treasure, right in the heart of Turtle Creek and surrounded by landmarks. It’s the perfect stage to highlight incredible design, and more importantly, to support the kids and community that need us most.”
Opening to the public on November 7 and available to tour through November 23, the gathering helps raise much needed funds for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, a philanthropy that provides educational and after-school programming for children in underserved communities in Bronx, New York. Additionally, the Dallas happening supports local charities Dwell with Dignity, a nonprofit committed to providing housing for families in need, as well as The Crystal Charity Ball, a longstanding program that aids children’s organizations throughout the city.
