Set within a restored 1926 landmark, The Vineta Hotel—Oetker Hotels’ first U.S. opening—weaves together Palm Beach’s historic charm with subtle Côte d’Azur influences. Interior designer Tino Zervudachi, in collaboration with architects Spina O’Rourke & Partners, overhauled the former Chesterfield hotel, polishing its distinctive Italian Revival façade, layering a pastel-forward palette, and adding a sense of European élan to the 41-room retreat.

In the lobby, shell-shaped pendants, oceanic inlaid ceilings, and a rattan reception desk imbue the space with coastal charisma. At Coco’s restaurant, the culinary team from sister property Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc collaborated on the exceptional Mediterranean menu, including the classic sea bass and creations by three-time pizza-making world champion Jeremy Viale of Giovanni’s, served in a dining room awash in sunbaked terra-cotta hues, red Italian marble, and palm prints. However, it’s the pool, embedded with a wavy green mosaic detail and dotted with scalloped loungers, that will undoubtedly be the most coveted spot in town.
