Cara Delevingne’s Colorful Gramercy Park Penthouse Hits the Market
The nearly 5,000-square-foot home with an asking price of $9.45 million features design-driven details including repurposed stained glass, hand-painted Venetian plaster corridors, and more
Actress and model Cara Delevingne has again listed the Gramercy Park home she purchased from Jimmy Fallon and his wife, Nancy Juvonen, in 2022. Beyond its Hollywood ties, the nearly 5,000-square-foot penthouse with an asking price of $9.45 million features a colorful, layered interior with unexpected details in nearly every corner, which Delevingne largely inherited from its former residents. In the kitchen, for instance, is a custom-painted Miele refrigerator, which pairs perfectly with vintage Stilnovo fixtures, which fill the room’s ceiling with color. The eat-in kitchen also features a rare view of Gramercy Park. Although Delevingne is ready to part with the home, it’s not because she’s tired of it.
“It’s rare to find a property this unique overlooking Gramercy Park,” says the London-born star. “The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is extraordinary; it feels less like a home and more like a living work of art, revealing something new with every moment spent inside. Living there immediately transports you somewhere filled with so much joy and possibility. The custom playhouse underneath the staircase with a small door that pops you out at the pantry, the circular cloud bed in the turret, the saloon-style bar that makes you feel like you are in the mountains—these are just a few of the many hidden gems I love so much. Unfortunately, I haven’t been spending as much time in New York lately, and it feels like the right moment to pass this on to someone who will fully appreciate and enjoy it.”
Elsewhere, a private members club–style bar and living area with an antler chandelier features one of the home’s four stone gas fireplaces. There, residents can take in the bar’s vintage stained glass backsplash while indulging in a beverage from one of several other wet bars placed throughout the home.
Spread across three floors, the top-most level is reserved for the primary suite, which features plenty of natural light, an additional wet bar, dual dressing rooms, a bath suite, and a fireplace. For those with a vintage-leaning taste, the home features 1940s wallpaper, custom Bednark paneling, an antique tile fireplace, and hand-painted Venetian plaster hallways.
The home, which last year had an asking price of $11 million, is listed with Carl Gambino of The Gambino Group and Stefani Berkin of R New York for $9.45 million.
