Over 350 years ago, an Indian maharaja built a majestic palace perched in the Managad Hills of Madhya Pradesh, India. That stunning landmark is now transformed into The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace, Khajuraho, an enchanting 66-room hotel set to open later this year. The Oberoi Group restored every aspect of the remarkable site, taking pains to preserve the original features, structures, and flora, including ancient sal (Indian teak) and palash (flame of the forest) trees.

Guests can explore the beguiling gardens dotted across the 70-acre grounds or discover the nearby UNESCO World Heritage–listed Khajuraho temples, built between 950 and 1050 a.d.
