One of the most distinguished properties along Italy’s glamorous coast, Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, Portofino, is even more magnificent this season after a top-to-bottom refresh by designer Martin Brudnizki. Included in the revamp is the first permanent Dior Spa in Italy. Drawing influence from Christian Dior’s private retreats, the spa celebrates the celestial with specialized treatments, while the brand’s signature Toile de Jouy enlivens the soigné spaces. The restorative oasis also provides multiple spots for alfresco repose, including gazebos hidden in the garden and a scenic rooftop outfitted in rattan, reed canopies, and cotton drapes, perhaps the dreamiest locale for taking in views of the Ligurian Riviera.
