Armani and Kith Head to the Desert to Unveil Latest Chapter of Collaboration
The third chapter, “Dreams of Dune,” features ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear in colors that range from black and deep blues to earth tones and sand, grey, and white tones
As the sun was setting on a recent evening in Marrakech’s Agafay Desert, models clothed in menswear from the third chapter of Giorgio Armani and Kith’s collaboration walked the runway in a setting that paired perfectly with the collection’s colorways. Titled “Dreams of the Dune,” the newly developed pieces include a belted shearling jacket, a two-tone lamb leather utility jacket, a blouson in lambskin suede, and special collaborations with ASICS, Diemme, and ’47.
The collection, which includes footwear, accessories, and ready-to-wear, is concentrated in deconstructed tailoring, softened shoulders, wide, fluid trousers, and layered fabrics and silhouettes. Looks are brought together in suede, leather, silk, cotton, viscose, virgin wool, cashmere, and pure hemp.
The collection is meant to evoke protection without restriction. With a campaign photographed by Casper Kofi on-site in Marrakech, the latest chapter will be available beginning October 16 at select Giorgio Armani stores and all Kith stores.
