Cindy Crawford Lists Malibu Beach House for $7.5 Million
The supermodel is parting with her gorgeous oceanfront estate after 15 years
Supermodel Cindy Crawford is unloading the beachfront Malibu bungalow that she shares with husband Rande Gerber.
The pair has owned the 2,400-square-foot pad since the 1990s, when they purchased it for $1.25 million. Since then, they’ve bought and sold several homes in the ritzy area, including the palatial estate a few miles away that sold last year for $45 million.
Located just steps from California’s Broad Beach in a gated community, the Spanish-style residence dates to the 1970s and features four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The front entrance is paved with terra-cotta tiles and leads to a breathtaking great room overlooking the Pacific Ocean. That area includes a kitchen equipped with granite countertops and an island, plus living and dining spaces that connect to a terrace that runs the width of the house.

On the second floor, the master suite boasts a fireplace, spa, and its own water-facing terrace. (There are two additional bedrooms on the floor, along with an office on the lower level that could double as a fourth bedroom.)
Crawford and Gerber also own a “lake cottage” in the Toronto area and a Beverly Hills mansion, which they purchased in 2017. The couple also revealed that the Beverly Hills purchase was inspired by their two teenage kids, Kaia and Presley, who had grown tired of the remote Malibu location.
The home is listed with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency and Chris Cortazzo at Coldwell Banker.
