Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Sell Country-Chic Tennessee Estate for $2.7 Million

The celebrity power couple have sold their 36-acre property outside of Nashville

Hollywood power couple Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have sold their 36-acre estate in Franklin, Tennessee, for $2.7 million.

Sitting on the property’s impressive acreage is a 5,000-square-foot house with four bedrooms and six baths. The couple first listed the estate, which is a mere 25 miles from Nashville’s thriving country music scene, more than two years ago for $3.45 million but eventually took it off the market before relisting at a lower price.

The Academy Award–winning actress and her Grammy Award–winning husband have a diverse real-estate portfolio. Among their residences are a duplex condo in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood, a penthouse in Sydney, a house in Beverly Hills, and a 12,000-square-foot mansion in Nashville.

The house was listed with French King Fine Properties.
