Robert Redford Lists 10-Acre Napa Valley Estate
The legendary actor is selling his 5,000-square-foot home in the heart of wine country
Hollywood veteran Robert Redford is selling his 10-acre Napa Valley estate for $7.5 million.
The property, called Danza del Sol, is located in the town of St. Helena, often referred to as the crown jewel of California wine country. The 1983 house is 5,255 square feet, with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. A detached 900-square-foot studio—created for Redford’s wife, artist Sibylle Szaggars—features glass garage doors plus a full bathroom and office.

The estate also includes a 450-square-foot workshop and separate garage that can accommodate up to five cars, a gym, a pool, hot tub, and a raised-bed vegetable garden.
Redford told the Wall Street Journal, which first reported on the listing, that the sale was brought on because he intends to move to his Bay Area home to be closer to family. “We have enjoyed both the solitude the home provides along with the close proximity to the Napa Valla and all that it has to offer,” the actor said.
The house is listed with Steven Mavromihalis and Chuck Sawday of Pacific Union International.
