Although Elizabeth Holmes is the main star of the widely buzzed-about A24 documentary You Can See Everything, the homes in the film are also a standout—and one happens to be on the market.

The rented Austin, Texas, home where Holmes and her family were filmed in the days before she began her 123-month federal prison sentence in Bryan, Texas, is currently listed for $2.25 million. The house only makes a brief appearance in the documentary.

“What makes this property so special is its incredible location and sense of privacy,” listing agent Amy Deane tells Galerie. “Just minutes from downtown Austin, Zilker Park, and within walking distance of Barton Springs, the home is tucked away on a quiet street behind a private gate. It’s a rare opportunity to enjoy the best of Austin living while owning a home with a little Hollywood history.”

Located at 606 Josephine Street, the four-bedroom, three-bath home features 2,483 square feet of living space and was built in 1949. Highlights include top-of-the-line appliances, wide plank white oak floors, a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning tile fireplace, panoramic views of the Austin skyline, and a sizeable marble bath.

According to Zillow, the home last sold in 2010, months after being listed for $850,000. Its new listing went live on October 8, just eight days before You Can See Everything premiered in theaters across the U.S. Before that, it had last been on the market in 2024.

Also featured in the documentary, co-directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, is a beachfront Del Mar home, which is currently not for sale but is estimated to be worth around $9 million. That property features four bedrooms and four bathrooms across 2,200 square feet. It was built in 1948 and sits on .5 acres.
