Van Cleef & Arpels Celebrates 100 Years of Art Deco with Dazzling Tokyo Exhibition
“Timeless Art Deco with Van Cleef & Arpels High Jewelry” is on view at the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum through January 2026
In 1925, Van Cleef & Arpels won a grand prize in Paris at the International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts, a prestigious event organized by the French government to highlight what is today known as Art Deco. To celebrate that centennial, the maison is presenting “Timeless Art Deco with Van Cleef & Arpels High Jewelry” at the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum. On view through January 18, 2026, the show spotlights 250 pieces from patrimonial and private collections, including the Entwined Flowers, Red and White Roses bracelet, featuring a painterly floral motif crafted with rubies, diamonds, yellow diamonds, emeralds, and onyx.
