In the entry, an Aguirre Design table topped by a Lauren Elder vase is surmounted by a Joseph Pagano pendent and surrounded by works by (from left) Jason David, Lars Zech, and Liz Crossley. A Davey Leavitt chair is topped by Matthew Fairbank’s Acheron mirror.

A dark and moody office inside Una Casa Privada is outfitted with a Matt Castilleja desk topped with a Joseph Pagano lamp, Atelier XKM sofa in a Rose Uniacke cotton velvet, Vince Palacios ceramic vessel, and Mehraban rug. The artworks are by Charles Arnoldi.

An elegant kitchen inside Una Casa Privada features an island topped with a painterly stone from Marble Unlimited and outfitted with fixtures by Kallista. The ceiling light is by Douglas Fanning, the stools are from BassamFellows, the range is by Monogram, and the artwork is by Forrest Kirk.

In the dining area, Matt Castilleja’s Plinth dining table is set with BassamFellows chairs beneath a Joseph Pagano light fixture in front of a pair of iron doors by Pinkys. Biomorphic Joan Luri artworks to the left of the doors are flanked by  textural works by Carlos Antonio.

Upstairs, a geometric Gabriel Scott chandelier overhangs a Una Malan chair in Marcali leather and side table by Aguirre Design, which also made the bench that’s topped by a Justin Ware artwork.

A two-tier Gabriel Scott light fixture surmounts a serene bedroom with a blush-colored Una Malan bed, dressed in the designer’s own linens, that’s paired with a Camilla chair by Iconic, Matthew Fairbank nightstand, Rose Uniacke lamp, and Chaaban side table. The curtains are made a Designs of the Time fabric, while the art is by Davey Leavitt.

A canopy bed, matching nightstands, and plush armchair by Una Malan grace one of the bedroom suites, which is also outfitted with a Chaaban bench and side table and Mehraban rug.

In the main bath, a quartet of Rose Uniacke sconces illuminate an expansive vanity with a Marble Unlimited countertop, Kallista fixtures, and SA Baxter hardware.
