Established in 1941 by Charles and Ray Eames, Eames Office gave the world timeless works of architecture and design. To celebrate the studio’s 80th anniversary, a selling exhibition is on view in Shinjuku Tokyo, Japan through January 5, 2022. Among the memorabilia offered is this first-edition set of playing cards, created in collaboration with Art of Play, which features the design duo’s iconic starburst logo.

Nikolai and Simon Haas, known to the art world as The Haas Brothers, are celebrated for their fanciful creations and installations. It’s only fitting they’ve brought their inspired talents to a number of playful pieces for kids. The Animal Alphabet is the twin brothers’ first children’s book, done in collaboration with Johnny Smith.

Now in its eighth iteration, Between the Lines: An RxArt Coloring Book by Contemporary Artists collects drawings by Derrick Adams, Jordan Casteel, Sofia Mitsola, Anna Weyant, Arcmanoro Niles, Derek Fordjour, and many others to help raise funds for RxART’s programs that bring visual art to children in hospital settings. Additionally, copies of the biennial coloring book are donated to pediatric patients, and since its introduction in 2005, more than 135,000 copies have been gifted.
