Bradley Cooper Picks Up $13.5-Million Townhouse in New York’s West Village
The actor and director reportedly bought the five-story home in an off-market deal
As if a stellar weekend at the box office for his directorial debut, A Star Is Born, weren’t enough, Bradley Cooper has picked up a $13.5 million townhouse in New York’s West Village.
The 4,000-square-foot, five-story townhouse was recently renovated and was previously available as a $50,000-per-month rental. The six-bedroom house features state-of-the-art conveniences like heated floors, a built-in audio system, and iPad-controlled lighting.

The three-time Academy Award nominee also owns at least two West Coast properties. His girlfriend, supermodel Irina Shayk, with whom he welcomed a child last year, recently leased her own West Village apartment for a whopping $23,500 a month.
The property has never been listed on the open market, and it’s reported that Cooper purchased it through a Los Angeles–based trust.
The couple’s new house features a fully finished basement that contains a media lounge with a wet bar and 65-inch flat screen TV along with a powder room, laundry room, a 1,000-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, and guest quarters with a private entrance. The living room includes floor-to-ceiling French doors leading to a balcony that overlooks the 1,000-square-foot backyard with a built-in grilling station.
